Diet and Detoxification
As a busy mom of 3, I have spent years taking care of everyone else. My own health and happiness took a back seat. I was unhappy with my body, had no energy and was missing something in my life despite my wonderful husband and three amazing kids. I realized I was missing ME! I was so focused on everyone else that I had forgotten to take care of myself, both physically and mentally. About a year and a half ago I decided I wanted to feel better both physically and mentally and so began my journey to living balanced.
Part of my journey included studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to become a certified Health Coach. I was able to make such a wonderful shift in my own health and happiness that I want to share that with others. Together I want us to create a sustainable lifestyle for you that feels amazing both inside and out.
